Thoughtful. Grounded. Personal.

Hello and welcome — I’m Leonie.

I’m a mom raising a bilingual daughter who has grown up across several countries, with family roots in Germany and the U.S. Like many parents living internationally, I know what it’s like to carry quiet questions around language, belonging, and identity.

When my daughter was younger, English became our family language, and over time I noticed her German slowly fading — all while we were adapting to new countries, routines, and cultures. I remember the mix of pride, uncertainty, and pressure many globally mobile parents experience, and the constant question of whether I was doing enough.

What helped wasn’t more rules or strategies, but small, gentle adjustments woven into everyday life. Over time, my daughter reconnected with the language, and our family found a rhythm that felt more grounded and sustainable.

Through years of living abroad and working with international families, I saw how common these experiences are — not only around language, but also around transition, belonging, and the mental load parents carry.

That’s why I created Raising Global Kids Hub.

Today, I offer thoughtful, grounded, and personal support for parents raising children across countries — through short 1:1 conversations and carefully designed resources. This work isn’t about doing more. It’s about slowing things down, easing pressure, and helping parents trust themselves in the reality they’re already living.

I’m really glad you’re here.
